Is AI-generated music allowed on NUAIVO?
Yes. NUAIVO welcomes music created using Artificial Intelligence, provided you have the necessary rights to upload and distribute the content.
Does my music have to be entirely AI-generated?
No. We welcome traditional recordings, AI-assisted productions and fully AI-generated works. Every creator has their own workflow, and we support them all.
Why do some platforms reject AI music?
Some services have chosen to limit AI-generated content because of concerns around copyright, licensing or authenticity. NUAIVO believes responsible AI is an important part of the future of music creation and provides a platform for creators who use these new technologies responsibly.
Who owns AI-generated music?
Ownership depends on the AI tools used and the applicable laws in your country. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the legal rights to upload the music and any associated artwork.
Can I upload music created with multiple AI tools?
Absolutely. Many creators combine AI-generated vocals, instrumentals, artwork and traditional production techniques. NUAIVO supports hybrid creative workflows.
Will listeners know my music was created using AI?
Where appropriate, we encourage transparency. Labelling AI-assisted content helps build trust with listeners while celebrating new forms of creativity.
Can I upload cover versions or copyrighted material?
Only if you have obtained the necessary licences and permissions. You must own, or have the legal right to use, everything you upload.
What genres does NUAIVO support?
Every genre—from rock, pop and jazz to classical, electronic, hip-hop, country, ambient, experimental and AI-generated genres.
Do I keep ownership of my music?
Yes. You retain ownership of your original work. Uploading your music to NUAIVO does not transfer ownership to us.

Can I upload music made with Suno, Udio or other AI music tools?
Yes, provided your use of those tools and your uploads comply with their licence terms and you have the rights required to distribute the resulting music.
Can I upload music I've recorded myself?
Absolutely.NUAIVO is home to every type of creator—from bedroom musicians to professional producers.
Do I own my music?
You retain ownership of the rights you already hold in your music. Uploading to NUAIVO does not transfer ownership to us.
Who owns AI-generated music?
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal rights to upload your music and artwork.
Can I upload cover versions?
Only if you have obtained any licences or permissions required by law.
Can I upload remixes?
Only if you have permission from the copyright owners.
What about samples?
Any samples used must be properly licensed or otherwise authorised.
Does NUAIVO support AI?
We believe AI is transforming music creation in much the same way digital recording transformed the recording industry.Used responsibly, AI gives creators more opportunities—not fewer.
Will listeners know a song was created using AI?
Where appropriate, we encourage creators to disclose AI involvement. Transparency helps listeners understand how music was created while allowing innovation to flourish.
Is AI replacing musicians?
No.AI is another creative tool.Artists provide the vision, ideas, emotion and direction. AI helps turn those ideas into reality.
Do artists earn royalties?
Where applicable under NUAIVO's royalty model, eligible streams may generate royalties or other revenue for rights holders. Details of calculation, eligibility and payment will be explained in your creator dashboard and our terms.
How are royalties calculated?
Royalties are calculated using NUAIVO's payment model, which may consider factors such as qualifying streams, subscription revenue, advertising revenue and applicable agreements.
When do artists get paid?
Payments are made according to our published payment schedule, subject to any minimum payout thresholds and verification requirements.
Can independent artists earn money?
Yes. NUAIVO is built to support independent artists alongside established musicians.
What file formats are supported?
High-quality audio formats such as WAV, FLAC and other supported upload formats.
Can I upload album artwork?
Yes. Artwork should be original or properly licensed and meet our artwork specifications.
Is there a limit to how much music I can upload?
This depends on your creator account level.
Does NUAIVO moderate content?
Yes.We review reported content and take action where uploads breach our terms, infringe intellectual property rights or violate our community standards.
Can accounts be suspended?
Yes.Accounts that repeatedly violate our policies or upload material they do not have the right to distribute may be suspended or removed.
